Nickel-based hard alloys*

Our self-flowing nickel-boron-silicon alloys offer a wide smelting interval and thus the ideal conditions for processing by thermal spraying or build-up welding. Furthermore, the combination of the elements nickel and boron leads to the formation of very hard borides during processing. This greatly increases the wear resistance of the alloys. For applications that also require very good corrosion and oxidation resistance, our nickel-chromium-boron-silicon alloys are the optimal choices.
